Dr Joe Manous, Director of the Institute for Water Resources as USACE, will present the talk titled, “Resiliency – A Continuum of Opportunities”. Given the severe damage being incurred due to recent storms, resiliency has come to the forefront of engineering design. He will discuss how resilience concepts can be put into practice.
