RI ASCE Annual Banquet on May 10, 2018

Mr. Leo Titus Jr., P.E. of ECS Mid-Atlantic. was one of the Structural Specialists deployed to the Pentagon on September 11th, 2001. Mr. Titus' presentation will be an overview of the involvement of the FEMA USAR teams at the Pentagon. ASCE's 2019 President, Robin A. Kemper, P.E., will be swearing in the incoming RI ASCE Officers.
