2014 Celebrate Being A Woman - Vendor Registration
Valley County Health System will be holding its annual Celebrate Being A Woman event on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at the Veteran’s Club in Ord. The theme is “Mardi Gras” and we will be decorating in bright colors of bright purple, green, yellow. More than 300 women attended this fun and educational event last year. We invite you to take part by exhibiting your products or services.
There is no charge for those businesses and organizations who display at the event. However, we do ask that you provide a door prize to be awarded during the event. We will draw the names for these door prizes from the general door prize drawing basket so you don’t have to have a separate sign-up at your booth. If you would prefer to have a separate sign-up and drawing for your prize, you will need to let us know when you register.
The deadline for registration is Friday, October 17th. Display space is limited and will be established on a “first come, first serve” basis. We will take the first 30 vendors to register. Exibitors must be set up and ready by 4:45 p.m. You may begin to set up your booth at Noon the day of the event.
Vendors may eat their meal prior to the event starting at 4:30 pm. The meal will be available on the buffet in the
dining room. You can bring it back to your booth if you choose.
