Adventures in Mindful Self-Compassion
through the Expressive Arts
Research demonstrates that the arts bring order to chaos and help to contain suffering. Mindful Self-Compassion is the practice of treating ourselves the way we treat those we care about in order to alleviate our suffering.
This session will combine expressive art modalities with selected Mindful Self-Compassion practices. Artistic skill is not necessary.
