Monthly Mindfulness Community Class

Mindful Kids Miami Mindfulness Teacher, Adriana Zarate, will guide this month's Community Class on how to live a Compassionate Life. Research says that compassion is not just a feeling but a skill that can be learned, cultivated and applied in our lives.
Compassion can be thought of as an attitude towards living. In this workshop you are invited to explore how the Mindfulness practices learned in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) can help us tap into our capacity to live a compassionate life.
