Mindfulness Community Class for Adults Sept 15th

Mindfulness teachers, Sacha Suarez and Silvia Rojas, will lead this months practice from 1:30pm - 3pm. Explore Mindfulness practice to nurture yourself and rest in awareness and compassion, while experiencing a deepening understanding and practice of mindfulness communication. A $10 donation will support Mindful Kids Miami Programs.
