Forgiveness does not mean accepting mistreatment or resuming a relationship that wounded us. To forgive others, we must first forgive ourselves.
Self-forgiveness is often the first step toward a more loving and positive relationship with yourself, and therefore with others.
There are 5 steps to forgiveness and in this supporting MSC Practice session, we will address these steps within the context of healing ourselves through mindful self-compassion practices.
