Please join us for Mindful Kids Miami's Ambassador of Mindfulness Dinner, to be held at The Rusty Pelican in Key Biscayne, honoring Scott Rogers, a nationally recognized leader in the area of mindfulness in law. Scott is also a mindfulness teacher, author, and trainer.  He is founder and director of the University of Miami School of Law’s Mindfulness in Law Program, co-founder of the University of Miami’s Mindfulness Research and Practice Initiative, and principal advisor to Innergy Meditation. Scott was an early supporter of Mindful Kids Miami, serving on the Board, and one of the first mindfulness teachers in South Florida to share mindfulness with parents, teachers and children, and has developed programs for integrating mindfulness into schools, from early to graduate education.  Scott is the author of five books, including Mindful Parenting, and the recently released “The Elements of Mindfulness.”

Mindful Kids Miami, Inc. (MKM) a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2011, is bringing the benefits of mindfulness to children and youth in our community. Providing mindfulness training to over 2,800 children, teachers, school counselors, other educators, and child care providers in schools and other settings.
