Slow Poultry-Sustainable Poultry Production 2-Day Workshop! 

Please join us for a Sustainab le "Slow Poultry" Intensive Workshop for small, sustainable farmers and backyard poultry enthusiasts interested in breeding and growing sustainably-bred standard poultry.  This hands-on seminar will give all participants an understanding of an effective strategy for sustainable poultry production, regardless of the size of farm or flock. 

This two-day workshop is presented by the Sustainable Poultry Network  & TN Organic Growers Association:

At Slow Poultry you'll learn:  what sustainable poultry production looks like, learn all about breeding, growing, models of production, facilities, feed, pasture foraging, and marketing strategies.  Whether you're slow poultry for your farm or family--you'll learn the valuable information and tools to have happy, healthy birds and environments! 

Cost and registration for this two-day workshop:

BEFORE 3/14:  Students and Sustainable Poultry Network members’ registration: $40.00 per person. Non-members early registration $65.00. 

3/14-3/15:  At the door registration, cost is: $65.00 per person for students and Sustainable Poultry Network members and $75.00 for all others. Checks or exact cash only.
