UHAB Homeownership Workshop

UHAB Buildings

UHAB’s Intro to Limited Equity Co-ops homeownership workshops are for people interested in purchasing an affordable (or limited-equity) co-op apartment. Participating in this interactive class will give you all the information you need to apply to purchase shares in a Housing Development Fund Corporation (HDFC) cooperative.

Limited-equity housing cooperatives, designed for low- and moderate-income people, are also known as shared-equity co-ops and limited-income co-ops. On-time attendance at an Intro to Limited Equity Co-ops workshop is required for you to be considered to purchase a UHAB-sponsored apartment.
