K-ACTE 2021 Summer Conference Registration 

We are excited to meet back in person for KACTE's 2021 Conference & Exhibit Show: 'Kansas CTE, Let's Go!' on July 25-27, 2021 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan.

You can register online until July 19, 2021.

After July 19, you must register on-site at the conference.

Please note: If you are a member, you must login to the website to get the member price. If you have not created a login, click on the login button in the upper right, click on “forgot my password,” enter your e-mail, and then check your e-mail for more instructions.

Hotel Info:

Hotel rooms are not included with registration.

The hotel for the conference is the Hilton Garden Inn & Conference Center in Manhattan located at 410 South 3rd Street, Manhattan, Kansas, 66502. For reservations, please contact the hotel directly at (785) 532-9116.

Late Registration (after July 10) includes meals Monday & Tuesday:

K-ACTE Member - $375.00

Non-Member - $525.00

Student - $130.00

Tuesday Only - $275.00

*Additional fees may apply for affiliate socials or tours and will be noted clearly on the schedule.

Other Registration Information:

Any registrations received after July 19, 2021 will be considered on-site and you will need to check-in at the on-site registration desk at the conference. On-site registrants must provide a school check or personal check at the time of registration.

If paying by PO or check, each attendee can register online on their own and select the option to pay by PO or check. Attendees will get an invoice e-mailed to them that they can give to their school office for processing.

An invoice must be included with each PO or check payment to ensure accurate processing. Any PO or check received without any supporting documents is subject to being returned to sender.

Credit card payments are an option through online registration ONLY.

If payment is not received within 30 days following the conference, a $25 service charge will be assessed to each registration.

Cancellation Policy: If a written request to cancel is received by mail or e-mail (KACTE10@gmail.com). On or before July 10, 2021 a refund will be made minus a $75 processing fee. After July 10, no refunds will be granted for cancellations, and your conference fees will still be owed in full.

SPECIAL NEEDS: Please contact the K-ACTE office at (785) 233-2690 or e-mail if you have any special needs or food allergies. Provisions will be provided for participants with special needs or food allergies if we are notified by July 10, 2021.
