BASF Lab Addition Tour

Please join us for our next event, a tour of the BASF Greenhouse #7 & Headhouse Expansion.

We will meet in the construction trailer on site for a brief presentation and then break up into groups to tour the new facility currently under construction. The program will be lead by Jamie McKay, Architect with Clark Nexsen and Jay Morehead, Project Manager with KBR Building Group.

After the tour, we will meet for dinner and announcments at the BASF cafeteria on site.

Learning Objectives:

Discuss and review project design based upon Bridging Documents

Discuss Building Code compliance specific to this expansion

Discuss coordination with Durham County for review and permitting requirements

Discuss specific requirements of greenhouse design

IMPORTANT: Please bring your own safety equipment including closed toe shoes, hard hat, safety glasses and safety vest.
