Day One Lecture Series: Holistic Approaches to Combating Vicarious Traumatization

In this workshop, participants will complete self-assessments and learn to develop a self-care tool box; focusing on ritual and routine that can be used as a helping professional and replicated with clients. Participants will learn how to identify personal signs and symptoms leading to compassion fatigue, and create safety plans for combating it.
