Len Carella is responsible for leading infrastructure shared services (ISS) in its role as a service provider to the organization.  His teams deliver secure, scalable and supportable solutions to solve any business problems iCIMS employees may have.  The teams are broken out into the following disciplines:  cloud services, PMO services, user technology services, workplace services, and architecture services.

Carella has previously held technology leadership positions at companies in all different lines of business, such as the Wyndham Hotel Group, D&M Holdings, Newsweek Magazine and The McGraw-Hill Companies.
