11th Annual HopeFest-Exhibitor's Registration 

Exhibitor sign-up deadline is October 14, 2016.

In its 11th year, HopeFest is a community-sponsored celebration and family resource fair held at Reagan High School. Targeted at northeast Austin and its schools, HopeFest served 4,000 attendees last year. Over 140 exhibitors, including health, dental, pregnancy support, employment, youth and adult education, housing, insurance, safety, and immigration/legal have supported the success of local families. HopeFest also features free food, children's clothing and books, all-day live music and ministry from local churches, as well as a large children's fun area.

HopeFest is free to all nonprofit, city/county, faith-based and education exhibitors. For-profit exhibitors are asked to make a $25 donation. Tables and chairs are provided, as well as lunch and refreshments.

We do ask all exhibitors to be "results-oriented" and to have a service or activity to provide for attendees, in addition to information. This can include sign-up for a class, children's activity, health exam, resource giveaway, simple quiz or contest, demonstration or some sort of follow-up.

All sponsors will be featured on posters, flyers distributed at local schools, signs at HopeFest and in live announcements from the HopeFest stage.

Note: HopeFest policy on educational exhibitors-HopeFest is only open to AISD exhibitors, higher education institutions, adult education providers,  exhibitors focused on tutoring and mentoring services, and providers of after school and/or summer educational programs.
