Beyond BOW - On Range: Rifles & Pistols

Ever wanted to try shooting a pistol or rifle? Join BOW for a day at the range!

Join us on the range to learn about different types of pistols and rifles, pistol and rifle safety, shooting techniques, range etiquette, and equipment needs. Additionally, we’ll discuss safe handling, use, and storage of handguns.

The day will be spent outside on the range, so please dress accordingly. .22 caliber and 9 mm pistols, in addition to .22, .243 and .308 rifles will be shot. Firearms, eye and ear projection, and ammunition will be provided. If you have your own shooting glasses or ear protection, please bring it. Once the shooting is done, the instructors will teach you how take apart, clean, and properly store the firearms.
