Technology Needed To Participate In The Online Training:
1) An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE). Minimum bandwidth is 600kbps (up/down) and recommended is 2.0 Mbps (up/down).
2) Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth
3) Laptop, Desktop, Smart Phone or Tablet
4) Web browser: Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome
5) Windows or Apple Desktop/Laptop operating systems
6) Adobe Flash Player
Note: Please test trouble-shoot your system prior to day of training.
Will examine ways to carry out three basic guidelines for arranging & equipping the physical space in an active learning infant-toddler group-care setting: build order & flexibility into the learning environment; provide comfort & safety for children & adults; & support children’s sensory-motor approach to learning. Will examine ways to arrange the overall space into indoor & outdoor play areas, food preparation & eating areas, sleeping & napping areas, & bodily care areas.
This is a multi-day training. If you register for this training, you are registering to attend all the days, December 7-8, 2021.
