Free Kidney Health Screening

The Free Kidney Health Screening is for individuals at risk for kidney disease - those with diabetes or high blood pressure or who have an immediate family member with diabetes, high blood pressure or kidney disease. You will be contacted to set up an appointment and receive instructions to get your lab work done.
