Grover Norquist is founder and president of Americans for Tax 
 Reform, a taxpayer advocacy group founded in 1985.  Creator of the Taxpayer Protection Pledge, he was a major political proponent of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, speaking throughout the country and conducting media campaigns in support of the legislation.  He holds an MBA and a BA, both from Harvard University.
Derek Theurer is a Vice President of Policy for the Business
Roundtable, advicating tax and budget policies that promote U.S. competitiveness, economic growth and job creation.  Most recently, he served as Senior Tax Counsel to Senator Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, where he helped build the framework for the TCJA.

Holly Wade is director of research and policy analysis 
for the NFIB, where she provides analysis on public policy issues and economic trends affecting small business.  With NFIB's chief economist, she  produces the monthly Small business Economic Trends Survey.

Albert Zapanta is best known as a high-level trade ambassador 
in his 13-year role as CEO of the Dallas-based U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, whtich operates nine regional offices in the United States and eight in Mexico.  Zapanta is also known as a highly decorated hero of the Viet Nam War, an advisor to Presidents, and a former head of Public Affairs for Atlantic Richfield (ARCO).

Fletcher Mangum is founder and CEO of Mangum
Economics, based in Richmond.  He serves on the Governor's and General Assembly's Joint Advisory Board of Economists, having been appointed by Governors Bob McDonnell and Terry McAuliffe.  He has nearly three decades of experience in quantitative analysis and policy development at both the federal and state level.

Stephen D. Haner is Senior Fellow for State and Local Tax Policy
for the Thomas Jefferson Institute for Public Policy.  He has more than 30 years of experience in Richmond as a reporter, lobbyist, state employee and political advisor, with an emphasis on tax and business issues.

Rachel Boyell, CMFC is Director of Investment Strategy & Operations
for Cassaday & Company, named by Barron's as the #1 Financial Advisor in Virginia for four of the past five years.  Ms. Boyell assists with trading, researches new investment opportunities, and provides the necessary reports for Cassaday's clients.
Tom Davis serves as Director of Federal Government Affairs for Deloitte.  A former seven-term Member of Congress, he was widely recognized as a skilled legislator and political expert, serving as chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee.  Co-author of the book, The Parisan Divide:  Crisis in Congress, he serves as Rector and Professor at George Mason University.
