Join us for an Around the World Wine Tasting at Jazziz Restaurant with TheGourmetClub.com. Thisi is the first in series of fabulous wine tastings at Jazziz Nightlife in Boca Raton!
Our first tasting will feature interesting wines from Italy, Spain, Portugal and USA. These are family owned wineries. The wines are "clean wines" featuring low sulfites and low histamines.

Prosecco NV, Villa Miazzi, Venetto, Italy
Tasting Notes: Clear, pale lemon yellow colour; clean aromas with intense mineral mineral and citrus notes; off-dry, light bodied, with citrus and herbs, with a vigorous mousse.

Verdejo 2013, Cyatho, Rueda, Spain
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow-lemon, with greenish highlights generates intense varietal aromas of the grape, such as white and tropical fruits, with touches of fennel and freshly-cut grass. Dry, well balanced, bitter and fatty touch.

Albarino 2012, Viega Naum. Rias Baixas, Spain
Tasting Notes: Light, yellow straw colour in the glass with green-gold nuances. Nicely combines fruit and floral notes on the nose with good aromatic intensity. The attack is fresh and fruit driven and the wine remains enjoyable and aromatic along the lenght of the palate. Complete with very pleasant finish that is fragrant and persistente.

Reserve Red 2008, Colinas, Ideal Drinks, Portugal
Tasting Notes: Very elegant on the nose, with notes of berries, dark chocolate, and a slight hint of black pepper. The tannins are prominent on the palate, showing an acidity that gives it freshness. The finish is long and firm.

Red Rex 2009, Deerfield Ranch Winery, Sonoma, CA
Tasting Notes: Cabernet Sauvignon forms the broad structured backbone down the middle of the palate. Syrah takes the flavors to the bottom of the palate, grounded and rich. Merlot adds a round floral nuance and pushes the flavors forward. Cabernet Franc adds a chocolate effect, lifting, sensual and heady. Malbec fills in the bottom back of the palate and adds a blackberry taste. Petit Verdot adds a bit of spice on the sides of the palate and Zinfandel enhances the mid-palate flavors, mouth feel and berry flavors. The result is a symphony of taste, music in a bottle, with not a note out of place. Red Rex is fruit forward, mouth filling, smooth and delicious.
