 If you have never been to our wine pairings you are in for a treat!!
Plentiful food, wine and fun people!!

We will be featuring 5 wine selections from Stella Wine and Spirits and a delicious variety of menu selections from Lastella's Italian Menu. 

**This is a delicious educational sit down wine tasting!!

Pairing Menu:
First Course
Mushroom Brushetta- caramelized shallots, wild mushrooms in a brandy cream sauce, over Tuscan toast point
Wine- Prosecco (Doc) Dedicato, Italy

Second Course:
Clams Oreganatta- manila clams Oreganatta with white wine lemon butter sauce
Wine- Chardonnay, Spinelli, Italy

Third Course:
Fagottini- purse shaped pasta pockets (gorgonzola, pear) served with arugula, pear in a butter sauce
Wine- Pinot Noir 3 degrees, Maysara, Oregon, "Certied Biodynamic"

Fourth Course:
Pollo Scarpiello- Bell & Evans bone in braised chicken with Italian sausage, potatoes, bell peppers, pepperochini, baby bella mushrooms in a balsamic brodo
Wine- Carmenere, Corinth, Chile

Fifth Course:
Dessert- special surprise
Wine- Moscato, Scanavino, Italy

Registration and Price:
Seating is limited to the first 35 guests. 
No tickets will be sold at the door.

- Early Tickets $51 including tax and gratuity.
     $11 non refundable early deposit is required asap

- Late Tickets $60 including tax and gratuity.     
     $20 non refundable late deposit is required
