The 18th Annual Northwest Pennsylvania Grazing Conference will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at the Zion Baptist Church in Clarion, PA. Every year we draw a great crowd of livestock and poultry producers from the Western and Central Pennsylvania regions looking for information and guidance to start or improve their grazing operations. The conference maintains a reputation for having both local and nationally recognized experts who provide timely and valuable information, equipping attendees to increase production, reduce costs and improve profits. This year’s agenda is sure to keep that tradition and fill the house.
We could not do what we do and keep the registration affordable each year without your financial support. It is our hope that every local Vendor/Sponsor gets something worthwhile in return, whether it is selling your products or services; networking – making new business contacts and friends; or gaining a sense of pride for giving something back to our agricultural community. If you’d like to see a list of previous vendor/sponsors please feel free to contact our office.
For the 2015 conference there are 2 sponsorship opportunities. The Gold Sponsorship level is a $300 donation and the regular Vendor Sponsorship is $175. Please see the vendor/sponsor registration form which accompanies this letter for more information and what each level includes.
We are especially grateful to those of you who repeatedly support the conference and anticipate your return. If you are new to participating as a vender/sponsor or have not returned in a while, we are confident you will find your time and financial support to be well spent at this great event. The hot lunch is always a nice bonus!
Door prizes are always a crowd-pleaser with conference attendees and become yet another opportunity to promote your business even after the conference is over. Please indicate on the registration form if you intend to donate any door prizes.
If you have any questions regarding the 2015 Conference, please feel free to contact Headwaters PA at (814) 503-8653. For more details, visit www.headwaterspa.org
