Burnout Survey

Dr. Moody developed a Burnout Survey for Pueblo Physicians and our upcoming May 23 event. By combining questions specific to Pueblo physicians with the Maslach Burnout Inventory, the official burnout measurement tool, he created the survey to offer it free of charge to our members and determine the actual burnout rate, locally. Upon completion of the survey, feedback results will be utilized during his talk. Click here to participate in the survey. Note: Complete the "Unique ID" if you want your results but do not want to give an email address. If you prefer a personalized interpretation of your results, please provide your email address.
