IN PERSON September 2022 Applied Structural Drying (ASD) 

Franchise owners and staff can attend training at no cost within the first year of opening their business.  No charge for Top Gun Franchisees & Field Training Partners attending classes.  If you do not fall within one of these categories, then: ASD fee is $300.   

PREREQUISITE:  You must be WRT certified before you can attend ASD Training.

Tuesday through Thursday will be class instructional time. Friday and Monday will be hands on Fire and hands on Odor technical training.

Friday and Monday are optional unless you are a new owner.

**For those who are NOT new owners, ASD class is Tuesday, September 13th through Thursday, September 15th. For NEW OWNERS, ASD Class is Tuesday, September 13th through Monday, September 19th which is followed by Business Training Tuesday, September 20th through Friday, September 23rd.**

There will be a $80.00 IICRC exam fee.

Everyone that attends any Rainbow International training, unless you are an Owner or the spouse of an Owner, will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.  Owners and spouses are exempt because this was already disclosed/signed in the FDD and your agreement you signed when you first purchased your franchise.  The NDA is to help protect your franchise and the brand.  This document is from The Neighborly legal team and pertains to all concepts.  Once your employee(s) sign the document, we keep it on file and they will not be asked to sign it again as it applies for the life of their employment with you.  Your employee(s) must sign in order to attend any Rainbow International training. Click here for the agreement. Classes and /or Fees subject to change without notice

Dress Standards: Rainbow International uniform for business owners and technicians who will be working jobs in the field.  Rainbow International logo polo or long sleeve shirt for those who will NOT be working jobs on the field.

All buildings: Tobacco Free (smoking & smokeless)

Electronic Devices: During class instruction - must be turned off or silenced

Do not leave classroom during class time: Phone calls and meetings - Plan around class schedule - It's important not to miss any portion of the training classes.

You will be given a manual, calculator and highlighter on the first day.  Please bring them to class each day.
