Youth Concert Scholarship Fund
The Jacksonville Symphony Society (JSS) is seeking contributions to its Endowment Fund for the "Education of Local Youth in Classical Music" , including the Annual Free Youth Concert. A $100 donation will permanently endow an annual "Scholarship" for a local elementary student.
JSS is committed that no child shall actually be charged a fee to attend the Youth Concert. Our sponsors currently help fund the cost of the 675 "scholarships" at a cost of $8 each. The remaining "scholarships" (320 this year) are funded by reserve funds from the Jackosnville Symphony Society. Your contribution to the JSS Ednowment Fund is critically important to ensuring the continued viability of this unique service to our youth, our future performers and future audience.
