Distinguished Woman Luncheon Registration 

Join Episcopal Church Women honoring Distinguished Women from dioceses across the country. Please note the following:

• You may register up to 8 people, including yourself, per form. Tables will seat 8 to 10 depending on the number of guests, and we will keep your group together. In case you need to register more guests, one of those guests will need to fill out a new registration form. We will keep additional guests seated nearby.
• Menu options are Fish, Chicken, or Vegetarian. Please know each guest's meal preference BEFORE filling out this form. Tickets will be issued and picked up at the ECW Secretariat before the Luncheon.
• Guests do NOT need to be registered as visitors to General Convention in order to attend this Luncheon. It is being held at the Radisson Hotel adjacent to the Salt Palace Convention Center.
