Boston Senior Home Care is a private, non-profit organization that provides case management, service planning, and social support services to people who wish to remain in the community but require assistance to do so. In this presentation we will be going over the programs and resources available to help people continue to live safely and independently at home as well as programs and services available to caregivers.

The program is free-of-charge but seating is limited and registration is required.
