Margolis & Bloom's Law School for Social Workeres Program is geared specifically towards Social Workers who work with older adults with persons of disailities.  This program will focus on Masshealth, covering a variety of topics, including:

• Asset limits
• Transfer rules
• How to protect the home
• Home and Community Based Waiver
• Community Choices
• Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
  

This program will be taught by Margolis & Bloom attorneys Jeffrey A. Bloom and Patricia C. D'Agostino.

Attendees will receive two NASW approved continuing education credits.
