Community Benefits, MassHealth, and Guardianship under the new UPC

Margolis & Bloom has been accredited by the National Association of Social Workers to provide continuing education courses through our Law School for Social Workers program (LSSW). This program is geared specifically for social workers who work with older adults and persons with disabilities, and provides an opportunity to learn about a variety of legal topics including:

Planning for MassHealth Care
Community Benefits
Veterans Benefits
Guardianship and Conservatorship under the new Uniform Probate Code

Attendees will recieve three NASW approved continuing education credit.

There will be a $35 charge at the door, and $30 charge if you register in advance.
