“Thoughts on planning for IRAs”
Tim is well known to members of the Estate Planning Council of Richmond, having been a member for many years and currently serving on the Board of Directors. He has practiced law in Richmond since 1992. He graduated from the University of Virginia in 1988, and graduated from Harvard Law School in 1991. Tim is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, where he teaches classes on estate and gift taxation and estate planning.
