The pain points of women in technology run deep. Statistics show that women in tech are grossly under-represented at the top, have limited access to effective mentors and networks, are paid less, and have less influence.
You do not have to let any of these hold you back.
You can be immune to career adversity starting now.
Each four month experience is limited to 20 participants so you will also have individualized attention.
Highlights of what you will learn:
This is what you'll get:
TOTAL VALUE: $3744
You'll pay only $597. That's less than the cost of a Hugo Boss suit at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!!
Why am I pricing this so low? Because I believe that women are reluctant to own their own professional development. I want you to see what a difference it will make, so I'm practically giving this away to encourage you to learn what power there is in taking charge of your own development and paying for it out of your own pocket.
The only person you have to convince of the value of this investment is yourself.
Struggling is optional and totally avoidable. I want you to be wildly successful, making killer contributions in technology, and IN CONTROL of your career.
After getting my BS degrees in Chemistry and Biology from the UW, and my Master's in Computer Science from PLU, I was deeply in debt, newly single, and desperate to take any position that would help me pay off my student loans and raise my grade-school age children. I grew my career from an entry level position as a data analyst to the senior and executive positions in multiple companies including the consulting arm of SRI International, Bank of America, AT&T Wireless, Microsoft, and Russell Investments. Along the way I learned how to stand my ground, make critical decisions, and grow organizations with vision and purpose. I also played in the rough and tumble man's world of technology, and some risks I won big and some I lost. (That's a story for the workshop.)
It was not lost on me that I started my career as a systems admin with a Master's degree making $22K a year back in the 1980s, while my male colleages started at positions making 25-50% more. I was so happy to be working, I decided to go with it and prove that I was worth much more.
And several times along the way, we had family crises that just threw the apple cart all over the place. The year that my sister was diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer, my mom died after a 12 year ordeal of Alzheimer's disease, and I was laid off for the first time in my career in a management restructure, I was left drifting. For a year.
I was very smart, and very accomplished. And that year was the beginning of getting wise that launched me into 3 years of study and clinical training in personal growth and crisis management.
I was smart. Then I got wise. Now I'm sharing the best of both worlds with you. You are already experienced, seasoned, goal-oriented, accomplished, and very, very smart. Get the skills you won't get anywhere else that will accelerate your career and your income potential.
