SUGGESTED ATTIRE: 

 Business casual and comfortable shoes are recommended. Meeting space environments vary. There is limited control over meeting space temperature. We suggest you bring a sweater or jacket and dress in layers for comfort.  

PHOTOGRAPHS:

ANNA and The IPRO ESRD Network of New England occasionally use photographs of participants in  newsletters or on their websites. Your confirmed attendance gives the Network permission to publish and utilize photos that are obtained

during the annual meeting. Attendees are not allowed to videotape any speaker or presentation.

2015 ESRD New England Fall Meeting

On  October 27, 2015 the ANNA Colonial and MassBay Chapters, in collaboration with the IPRO ESRD Network of New England will host an Educational Meeting at the Mohegan Sun Hotel & Conference Center in Uncasville, Connecticut.  You are invited to attend!

 

 This meeting is open to all members of the ESRD community: administrators, dietitians, nurses, patient-consumers, pharmacists, physicians, social workers, surveyors, technicians, and other interested health care professionals. The meeting provides an opportunity for you and your colleagues to network and share ideas.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES: 

Individual objectives for each speaker and topic will be listed on the program evaluation forms. This meeting will:

  • Identify clinical issues related to the care of ESRD patients (such as transplant, vascular access, and infection control best practices)
  • Expand your current knowledge base in improving quality of care for ESRD patients
  • Support an environment to share ideas and interact with colleagues
  • Identify strategies to improve ESRD patient outcomes, including patient experience of care
  •  Identify strategies for shared decision making and engaging patients in their care  

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY:

  

Payment covers administrative costs associated with applying for continuing educational credits, luncheon, and refreshment breaks.

  • You are not officially listed as an attendee until your payment has been received and you have received a confirmation. 
  • If paying by credit card, there will be a $3.00 transaction fee, in addition to the attendee fee.
  • Reservation for this meeting may be cancelled prior to September 15, 2015 without penalty.  After that time, the attendee fee will be non-refundable.

The meeting has been submitted for Credit Hours for nurses, technicians, social workers, and dieticians.
