Individuals and groups work every day to improve the health of their communities. This work occurs across many different areas (such as aging, obesity prevention, substance use), and many different  types of actors (public, non-profit, private sector, academic). However, all these groups share a common thread: they build a vital base of knowledge and expertise thourgh their interactions with their clients, partners, and others.

Join us to hear howgroups working to improve the health of the Fox Cities to address the following questions:

This community conversation is organized by the Evidence-Based Health Policy Project, at the UW-Madison Population Health Institute, in cooperation with UW-Fox Valley, and advances the project's mission of building expertise and knowledge --whether generated in the community, on campus, or elsewhere -- into the health-poolicymaking process in the state.
