Rockpool Publishing presents The New You Soul, Body & Spirit Workshops - Sydney

Start the New Year with a New You.  Rockpool Publishing is bringing together three of our wonderful authors and teachers for one day only in Sydney to provide you with the gifts you need to supercharge your 2012.

Each special teacher will take you through their own 2 hour workshop, teaching you to connect with your Soul, Recharge and motivate your body and connect with Mother Earth and your spirit guides.

The group will split into three small classes, and rotate through the 3 by 2 hour workshops. Held at the exclusive Sebel at Parramatta, the workshop will inlcude arrival tea & coffee, a hot buffet lunch, morning and afternoon tea with fresh fruit platter and bakery items.  At the end of the day the group will also come together as a whole for a fun Q&A session with all three teachers.
