Meditation 101

Benefits of a consistent meditation practice include improved sleep, lower blood pressure, and reduced stress response. The series includes discussions of research on meditation and neuroscience along with practical tips for starting and sustaining your practice. You will learn and practice multiple approaches to meditating. (No class 1/18)
