Core and More

In this 45-minute workout, participants will be led through a short core workout, followed by a full body flexibility workout. Core exercises will become more challenging over the 6 weeks. Suitable for almost all fitness levels, exercises and stretches can be modified to meet the needs of all. Please bring yoga mat or large towel. ( no class 5/25)
