The Sleep Great Challenge

In this 4-week challenge, participants will be asked to practice two new healthy sleep practices each week with the goal of having eight healthy behaviors in place by May. Weekly and grand prizes are offered to those who complete and return their sleep logs. Make simple changes to improve your sleep with The Sleep Great Challenge.
