First Presbyterian Church Parents' Morning Out

Summer 2018 Registration 

Please fill out the form completely. If you have any questions please let us know at pmo@firstpresatl.org. 

• Students are enrolled in the order that applications and payment is received. 
• The summer tuition is non-refundable. If your child is sick or your plans change we are not able to refund your money or make up that day.  
• Enrollment is limited to one or two days a week per child. Regular swapping of days is not permitted. 
• Confirmation of placement will be sent to parents by email along with an invoice if not paying with credit card.
• A waiting list will be maintained for children not securing a place.

TUITION PAYMENT POLICY

• The cost is $45 a day.  Your days are not reserved until we receive a check for tuition.

Enrollment is limited to 1 or 2 days a week per child. We will not be able to reimburse you for days you register but are unable to attend due to illness or change of plans. Summer PMO fees are non-refundable. Please carefully check your calendar!
