First Presbyterian Church Parents' Morning Out

2018-2019 Registration 

Please fill out the form completely. You will be reqiured to pay the $100 registration fee at the end of the application. If you have any questions please let us know at pmo@firstpresatl.org. 

• Students are enrolled in the order that applications and deposits are received. 
• The application with the non-refundable registration fee of $100 per child + $100/day enrolled must be returned to the PMO office. The $100 day/enrolled will be applied to your January tuition payment.  The registration fee is non-refundable and will not be applied toward tuition. (Example: families enrolling 2 days/week should submit a check for $300 with the application.  $200 of this payment will be applied to the January payment.)
• Enrollment is limited to one or two days a week per child. Regular swapping of days is not permitted.  (If a family wishes to switch days permanently and a space exists on the desired day, we will try our best to accommodate the request).
• Confirmation of placement will be sent to parents by email by April 2018.
• A waiting list will be maintained for children not securing a place in the program.

TUITION PAYMENT POLICY

• Tuition for the 2018-2019 school year is:
• One Day per week               $1,370.00
•   Two Days per week             $2,500.00

• Tuition is to be paid in either one full installment or two equal installments. Please make checks payable to First Presbyterian Church.
• The first half of tuition for the 2018-2019 school year is due by May 8, 2018 (or within one week of enrollment if after May 8, 2018). For one day a week $685, for two days $1250.
• The second half of tuition is due by January 12, 2019.  
• Invoices will be sent in April 2018 and December 2018.
• A late fee of $15.00 per week may be assessed to payments received after May 8, 2018 and
  January 12, 2019.
• Children enrolling after the school year has started will have tuition prorated. Please note that we prorate tuition based on the number of PMO days available for each weekday enrolled; not based on semester, week, year, or half-year. 

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM

A 30-day notice in writing must be given to the Director when a student leaves our program. You are obligated for tuition for those 30 days. 

It is further agreed that enrollment, as specified within this Enrollment Contract, may be cancelled by the parents or guardian in writing prior to July 1, 2018 if it becomes necessary to withdraw a child from the Preschool due to relocation outside the metropolitan Atlanta area.  You may receive a tuition refund, and you will be released from any subsequent payments.

 If enrollment is cancelled after July 1, 2018, parents or guardian financially responsible for the student are obligated to pay the full semesters tuition.  The semester tuition is nonrefudable. 

For added enrolled days, tuition will be pro-rated on a daily basis.
