Health Care After Age 18: What You Need to Know About Transition to Adult Life

This session will help parents understand the changes in health care systems/eligibility when youth turn 18. Learn about new systems your child may access or how the rules/enrollment may change in public systems you already use. Health care decision making and evaluating the need for guardianship or power of attorney will also be discussed.
