Pursuit 10.22: In The Trenches

During WWI, trench warfare was used on an unprecedented scale by both opposing armies. Trench warfare becomes necessary when two armies face a stalemate, with neither side able to advance and overtake the other. We are in a spiritual war against the enemy of the Lord. Until the Lord returns, we will continue to have a war fought in the trenches, but the good news is we are not fighting alone. We have the Lord and his angels with us, guarding us, creating a strong wall of defense on our behalf. But we must still do our part in fighting this war.
