Retire United Kickoff 

United Way of Lane County is launching a new group – Retire United – to keep community members connected and engaged in a way that is meaningful to you.  Whether you are preparing to retire soon or have been retired for years, we hope you will join us for our kickoff event on November 14.   

This is not a fundraising event – it will be an interactive, peer-led discussion about ways to stay active, connect with others, and continue to make our community a better place for future generations.  Attire is casual.  And if your schedule allows, please stay for a light lunch following the discussion. 

Discussion from 10:30 am – Noon
Light lunch from Noon – 1:00 pm

Space is limited.  Please register by November 7th.

There is no cost for this event, as lunch is generously provided by our annual event sponsors. 

Note: If you can’t make this event, we hope you will mark your calendar for future Retire United events the first Wednesday of every other month from 10:30-Noon (with lunch following) starting Feb. 6, 2019 (then April 3, June 5, etc.).
