Fullpower Safety Workshop for Adults 60+ in San Francisco, CA 

In this FREE workshop organized by the Independent Living Skills Center San Francisco for older adults of all abilities, learn personal safety skills to protect yourself from violence, bullying, harassment, and abuse everywhere you go!

In this workshop, you'll practice how to:

  • Recognize the typical pattern of an attack
  • Use skills to interrupt the pattern early
  • Develop habits for safety with strangers
  • Make safety plans to be safe in public
  • Recognize and avoid potential danger
  • Be and act aware, calm, & confident
  • Get help in public to be safe
  • Manage emotional triggers
  • Set, repect, & protect boundaries
  • Deal confidently with harassment, threats, and other forms of verbal aggression

This workshop is FREE!
Pre-registration is required as there is limited space. 

This workshop is intended for people age 60+.
