The Ravenous Pig: Seasons of Florida 

Join us this Saturday, December 15th from 9:00am to 12:00pm as we welcome Chef James Petrakis to our market for a cooking demonstration and book signing event.

Chef James Petrakis grew up in Florida and now resides in Winter Park, FL.  He graduated from the Culinary Intitute of America.  In 2007, he and his wife Julie, opened the Ravenous Pig in Winter Park.  They have since won multiple "Best Chef" nominations from the James Beard Foundation, along with recognition from numerous magazines including Food & Wine, Saveur and Southern Living.
