Food Safety Training & Certification Class February 22, 2017
The Wisconsin Department of Health has mandated that at least one person in each food establishment be certified as a Food Safety Manager. These training and certification classes offered by the WGA for Food Safety Managers are grocery specific and include eight hours of instruction and a proctored test.
