10/24/2018 - IMA - Grand Rapids Chapter Breakfast Meeting
In order to be in compliance with new privacy and security policies that the IMA organization has adopted the Grand Rapids IMA Chapter is now including the following policy.
By registering for this event you agree to the following release:
I authorize IMA Grand Rapids Chapter the right to use my name, company or school name, image, and/or voice, and/or words in [name of chapter or council]’s print and electronic communications, including but not limited to the following: newsletters, website, brochures and printed materials, advertising, promotional materials, social media, press materials, and video.
I hereby release and hold harmless IMA Grand Rapids Chapter, its governance, employees and third-party affiliates from any liability in connection with the production, distribution and marketing, in whatever form and through whatever media, of my name, company or school name, image, and/or voice and/or words. I recognize that my employer, school, or university may have policies or requirements related to staff testimonials or references and I have complied with such requirements.
I hereby cede any and all rights, title and interest in the image, and/or voice, and/or words to which I may be entitled by law to IMA Grand Rapids Chapter. I agree to make no claim for compensation for the uses of my image, and/or voice and/or words.
