We are not just one but all the stages of life. What has been, what is, and what will be is alive in our bodies, hearts, and minds. In Cycles we give ourselves the opportunity to fully embody them all, from birth to death, by moving with the shapes, the breath, the rhythms of a lifetime.
The Cycles map is a journey of endless investigation – one in which we create the opportunity to meet and melt old wounds, move and be moved by the medicine of forgiveness, and explore and expand the possibility and potential of being a wholistic being.
Whether young or older, your first or your latest Cycles experience, this workshop is for every human being with stories to express, realities to accept, ancestral wisdom to uncover, and nascent wonders to recover. Join us as we grow together.
WORKSHOP LEVEL DETAILS
Cycles is an up close and personal look at our own lives, our birth, our upcoming death and everything and everyone between. We make connections, reweave threads, let go of the hurt and humiliations. We get real. We honor the people and events that have shaped who we are and the challenges and gifts they left us with and reinvent our inherited self into somebody we truly want to be.

About Tammy Burstein:
Tammy has been teaching Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms® Waves practice since 2001 (Heartbeat, 2010), practicing the 5Rhythms since 1997, and living them since before she knew they existed. Apprenticed to Jonathan Horan, she is also licensed to teach Cycles. She teaches throughout the U. S. as well as internationally. A 5Rhythms Global NY and 5Rhythms Teacher Training staff member, she also holds weekly classes in New York City. Tammy has made her living as a dancer, a lighting designer, a travel agent, and a librarian. She creates her life dancing the 5Rhythms®.
