Who needs the Anti-Harassment and Anti-Bullying training?

Companies with 50 or more employees (including part-time, temp labor, & independent contractors). Also, new supervisory employees must receive anti-sexual harassment training within six months of hire or becoming a supervisor.

Why do you need Anti-Harassment and Anti-Bullying training?

Not only because it’s the law, but training your supervisors reduces the risk of lawsuits and improper behavior in the work place!
