Join the Institute for Human Services and the 2-1-1 HELPLINE Give Help program for our third Annual Volunteer Managers Conference. The Conference is an opportunity for organizations to share their experiences working with volunteers, build skills to better manage them, and learn about new trends and issues. Volunteer leaders of all different experience levels are invited to this event. Our event revolves around working with different types of volunteers; from youth, to diverse populations, to baby boomers.
There will be a panel geared to managing youth volunteers, and two presentations titled "Talkin' Bout My Generation: Calling the Baby Boomer Generation to Action" and "Recruiting and Retaining Diverse Volunteers."
