Join us in a 14-day Group Cleanse Challenge - January 17-30  For only $49 (only $39 if you bring a friend!), you can join us for a group cleanse with the main principle of "eating clean," for 14 days. You can choose your own level of intensity, by including supplements, and/or adding either a few days of eating raw fruits and veggies or the juice fast in the middle. You customize your level of cleansing! I have added several new features and more recipes this year! 

I will provide you with an initial meeting to explain the basic principles and guidelines of the cleanse. For those in the Kansas City area, the meeting will be in-person on Tuesday, January 14th from 6-7:30pm at Your Wellness Connection. For those outside the KC area or for those unable to attend the first meeting, there will be a conference meeting via the phone on Tuesday, January 14th from 8pm-9pm CST.

At the meeting or online, I will provide you with great new recipes, meal planning ideas, shopping guides and many wonderful resources to support you in your cleanse challenge. We will also have a private Facebook group to provide daily inspiration, share resources, and answer your questions along the way.
